Breathable Underpad has a spunbond nonwoven topsheet that helps prevent skin breakdown on low air loss beds. It also contains Poly-Fresh, a super-absorbent polymer that has excellent fluid retention, improves dryness and reduces odors. Underpads are generously sized for ample bed coverage and their superior strength prevents tearing.
