A. No, we are sorry but we cannot file these types of claims for you through our Internet Sales area. You may want to save your order email receipt though and try to submit the claim to your carrier.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. Returns must be made within 10 business days from receipt of the item(s) and will be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.
There will be NO RETURNS ON ANY HYGIENE OR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS, unless due to manufacturers defect or product recall.
All returns are subject to company approval and review. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA#), with no exceptions. No delivered items may be refused.

A. We have multiple warehouse facilities throughout the country. We pride ourselves on our quick delivery, and thus we will choose the facility nearest you in order to get you your order in the least amount of time possible.
